Due to legal inspections of electrical equipment, we will be conducting power outage work as follows.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause to our customers.
This is an inspection for equipment maintenance purposes, so we
appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

[Facilities unavailable during Power Outage]

All electrical equipment including : elevators, TVs, refrigerators, lighting, electrical outlets, Wi-Fi and internet, air conditioning,
(heating and cooling) equipment, hot water supply equipment including showers and toilets.

  • Please unplug electronic devices such as computers from electrical outlets to prevent damage*.
  • Please use the emergency stairs when going out*.

From 11:00, the automatic entrance doors and elevators will be unavailable.
Luggage storage will be accepted in advance until 10:30.

  • Once power outage inspection work begins, we will not be able to store any luggage until after 3:00 pm*.

Check-out time is until 11:00 as usual.

  • Please note that we cannot accept requests for extensions (Late Check out)*.
  • Payment by credit card or electronic money cannot be accepted after 11:00*.

 

＜To Concern who continue to Stay on January 22nd, 2024＞

You are welcome to stay indoors during the power outage, but all electrical equipment in the building will be unavailable during work.

  • Emergency lights will be on in the room and hallway.
  • You will not be able to use the bathroom such as the Toilet or Shower*.
  • We are unable to clean rooms on January 22nd, 2024.
    We do apologize for the inconvenience’s situation.
    Please note that we only can provide Towels and Amenity sets.
